Specialty Care

Care for Life's Bigger Challenges

Beyond everyday support, we provide specialized care for complex needs — delivered with expertise, patience, and genuine compassion.

Physical Disabilities

Hands-on help with mobility, transfers, bathing, and daily routines so the person you support stays in control of their own day. Personal care attendant (PCA) support built around their goals.

Developmental & Intellectual Disabilities

Patient, consistent support for autism, Down syndrome, and intellectual disabilities — building routines and skills rather than taking over.

Pediatric & Complex Medical Needs

Personal care for children and teens with disabilities or complex medical needs, including relief for parents who work or need a break.

Spinal Cord & Brain Injury

Attendant care after a spinal cord or traumatic brain injury — transfers, positioning, daily living, and support for a life that keeps moving forward.

Transitional Care After Hospital or Surgery

Smooth, supported recovery after a hospital stay or surgery to reduce readmissions and ease the return home. Short-term or ongoing.

Chronic Conditions

Day-to-day help managing multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, diabetes, heart disease, COPD, and arthritis at home.

Veterans Care

Respectful, tailored support for veterans of any age, honoring their service with the care they deserve.

Alzheimer's & Dementia Care

Patient, structured support that promotes safety, routine, and dignity for those living with memory loss.

Hospice & Palliative Support

Comfort-focused, compassionate care that supports both clients and families during difficult times.

Fall Prevention & Mobility

Home safety assessments and mobility assistance to help prevent falls and maintain independence.

Strength, Balance & Mobility Support

Getting stronger, not just getting by.

Most home care stops at helping someone through the day. We also help people get stronger. Our certified personal trainer works with clients in their own homes on balance, strength, and mobility — the things that actually reduce falls and speed recovery.

Who it helps

  • Someone recovering from surgery who has physical therapy twice a week and nothing in between
  • An older adult who has fallen once and is afraid of falling again
  • A person with a disability working to build or maintain strength and function
  • Anyone who has gotten weaker after a hospital stay, an illness, or a long stretch of inactivity

How it works

We start with a conversation about goals and current ability. If the client is working with a physical therapist, we coordinate so our sessions reinforce that plan rather than conflict with it. Sessions happen at home, at whatever pace fits.

Important

This is fitness and conditioning support, not physical therapy. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide rehabilitation services. We recommend clients get clearance from their physician before beginning, and we work alongside licensed physical therapists rather than in place of them.
