Ayman brings more than 20 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, and operations, including healthcare and medical staffing. As the founder of A-Tech Staffing, he has built and managed talent solutions across multiple industries, with a focus on connecting organizations with dependable, qualified professionals.

With a Master of Management in Human Resources from Walsh College, Ayman brings a strong understanding of people, hiring, compliance, and workforce management to Alamat Care Group. His experience also includes working with veterans and supporting specialized workforce needs.

At Alamat Care Group, Ayman's focus is simple: build a professional organization that families can trust and caregivers are proud to be part of.

Rita brings a passion for wellness and healthy aging to Alamat Care Group, with a focus on fitness and physical activity programs designed to help older adults stay active, independent, and engaged.

As Vice President, Rita also supports the company's day-to-day management, client experience, program development, and organizational growth. She works to ensure that wellness is an integrated part of quality home care — not simply an added service.

Her goal is to help every client maintain strength, confidence, mobility, and quality of life while receiving care in the comfort of home.

Rebecca's passion for home care began while caring for her own mother, an experience that taught her that trust is at the heart of quality care.

With a career spanning more than two decades in human resources, operations, home care, and medical staffing, Rebecca brings extensive experience in building teams and maintaining high standards for caregivers. She believes families deserve to know exactly who is entering their home and to have confidence in the people providing their care.

At Alamat Care Group, Rebecca oversees caregiver standards and hiring practices with a focus on professionalism, reliability, safety, and dignity.

Samantha began her career as a caregiver in 2014, caring for clients in their homes while also caring for her own grandmother.

That experience shaped her belief that exceptional care is about more than meeting physical needs — it's about providing families with trust, compassion, and peace of mind.

At Alamat Care Group, Samantha works closely with families from the beginning of care and stays involved to help ensure every client receives the attention and dignity they deserve.
